29ish, down in the 260's for the last couple years, and people still have a hard time keeping up with me around the paper mill, and i am in decent shape, so i have no intentions of trying to lose weight just to lose it, i dont need to run a fucking marathon, but i can still scramble up and down ladders, pipe chases, catwalks and stairs lugging 50+ pounds of gear

I think I tipped the scales at 225 once. I didn't weigh myself in high school, but I'm pretty sure I weighed that much. I lost a lot of weight in college.

Probably about 210. I'm at 195 or so now, but would like to get down to about 180 or less this semester.

I'm around 170 now... hit 180 as my max weight a few months ago and decided to cut back on certain foods/drink less soda.

Linda, even at 195 you still looked really fit and cute. The joys of being tall.

180lbs, 24% body fat 2 years ago... I've managed to take it down to 128lbs, 7.5% body fat and will keep it there by doing this dynamic diet and exercise routine forever.. Yes, forever.

At surgery I was at 187, which was 2 weeks ago. Probably lower now.

Dammit.

prob however much i weigh right now

we were supposed to have a weigh in today to see how fat we were but after eating a 4am breakfast of waffle house, a lunch of chicken, corn, salad and mashed potatoes (with seconds on the corn and mashed potatoes) and a dinner of fiesta mexicana, i just couldn't bring myself to see the actual number.

Think I was up to about 180 freshman year in college.

I tend to stay in the 165 to 170 range now.

I was at 155 when I was running in high school. Had the freshman 45 my first year at state. Most I got up to was 219. Now I'm back down to 211-214. I wanna be at 180 but never find the time/commitment/mindset to go exercise. I hate running, chronic asthma = fail at long distances. Tips for crazy cardio overloads?

Everyone can gain weight. Your lack of eating isnt an excuse!

when I was in high school playing football during the summer there were weeks where like 3/5 weekdays me and a few other guys would take down entire large pizzas each for lunch. I was constantly increasing my maxes, and I even fucking grew, but I didn't even put on a fucking pound. Not sure how that's possible.

when I eat more it just means I shit more. even if I sit around and do nothing but eat my body's like fuck that.

Write down what your daily calorie intake is and you may begin to realize you don't eat as much as you think. You need 3500-4000 per day if you're anything like me. I barely gain a pound a week at those levels. I get a lot of them from milk.

I think 197, give or take a pound or so. That was during my freshman year at NCSU...some people gain a freshman 15. I gained a freshman 30-35 or so...haha. I'd say maybe half of it was muscle (I still have stretch marks on my biceps from the muscle I piled on, and I think I got my benchpress up to 280 at that time, although I was kinda bad about working "beach muscles" and neglecting legs/back/etc back then), but the other half was a gut fed by beer and Gumby's pizza at 4 a.m.

Once I decided to get back into shape, I got down to low-mid 180s, at one point having visible abs at 182 lbs, benching 350 lbs, doing 27 dead-hang pull-ups, and running 3 miles in 20 minutes flat.

Nowadays, I'm about 185...not in the kind of freakshow shape I was in at my best, but still in decent shape for an old man with worn out rotator cuffs. I haven't maxed on the bench in years, but I could probably do 275 or so. I did deadlift 450 a few months ago, and I can still do over 20 pull-ups. My running sucks these days, though...it now takes me 23+ minutes to run 3 miles, haha. Hopefully I can get back into Crossfit now that my series of nagging injuries all seem to be on the mend.

Probably about 250-260 towards the end of high school. Lost a bunch when I got to college, then discovered drinking and started to creep back up, then got dysentery and went back down, and now I seem to hover consistently at about 230. If any of it were muscle I would probably be a very attractive man. As it is, I'm just kinda fat.

^^^^ hey, I'm 5'8", haha.

I think the best I ever did was like 291 or something (out of 300), but it was on a bullshit run course (someone measured it wrong, and it was significantly less than 3 miles).

The best I've ever done on an honest, legit PFT is 285. I used to click off 285 on the nose like clockwork, but nowadays, I'm more like a 260-something kind of guy. Like I said, I've gotten lazy on the running lately.

I feel like if I really wanted to gain weight I'd have to constantly be shoving food down my throat, and I get tired of eating afterlike 30-45 minutes and won't feel much like eating (anything) for 6+ hours

^^^Yeah, that's about the gist of it. They make mass protein shakes that have a lot of carbs and calories, which is one of the things I used over the summer to gain about 15 pounds of fit weight.

I did weighted pull ups and a lot of push ups. That shit works.

I now regularly max 18 and up. As opposed to 12 to 15 back in 2007.

Sort of, 11 Pull-ups, 74 Sit-ups, 22:04 3 mile time

The 3 mile time is the most difficult, I think.
