i have been calling her that. i think she likes it. i don't know.

today she walked up 2 of the 3 flights of stairs once

i had to carry her up the stairs 3 out of 5 times though! i can't figure out when she decides she will go up and when she won't. like if she hears something or what. and she is still sneezing and coughing. i hope she gets well soon. she seemed to have more energy today but i don't know if that is because she is getting used to her surroundings/routine or if she is feeling better.

oh well.

and currently my kitten is sleeping in a box. i ended up with weird animals!!!

i also liked colby but apparently THAT sounds too masculine too. i like the masculine names for females. i think it is cute. but i guess that only works with actual humans because then you can tell its not a man.

anyway i went with mollie. it seems to work!!!

AND TODAY SHE WALKED UP ALL THE STAIRS AND WASN'T SCARED TO GO THROUGH ANY DOORS!!!!!! yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!

she also got: new chew sticks, a new bone (cause she already destroyed the one i gave her) this thing that is kind of like a kong but not - it has 2 sides and she can hold it in the middle like a bone and you stick treats in the end and they randomly pop out as she plays (i put pieces of food in it), andddddddd bone marrow treats!!

does anyone do anything for their dog when they take them in the rain?? or do you just let them get soaked and then smell like wet dog? i mean i dry her off when i come inside. she doesn't mind the wet its just kinda gross.

the best part about her (ok well not the best) but she doesn't bark much (only one time) and she doesn't try to get in my bed (she put her 2 paws on it this afternoon while i was napping and whined cause she had to go out). what a good baby girl!!!!

when is the last time you take it out at night?

i am sleepy and wanna take my dog out now but waiting until 6 or 7 am seems like a long time for her

she sometimes pees the floor in the night she tries to hold it though! she has never pooped inside.

probably wouldn't hurt to take her out before bed, in the middle of the night and then in the morning. Sam pretty much aggravates the shit out of you until you take him out haha.

i just took her out for almost 40 minutes so hopefully she did enough stuff i mean i'll take her out early in the morning.

she did wake me from my nap today to go out so maybe she is learning

and she went up the stairs AGAIN by herself yayyyy. progress!

she is very good at sitting. i want to take her off her leash in my courtyard but i'm scared. sometimes the gates don't shut all the way and even if i closed them it is BIG so if someone came in and didn't shut it she could escape. i don't know if she would because on her retractable leash i can say "mollie COME" and she comes and sits at my feet and i can say "stay stay stay ok go play!!" and then she runs all around. i wanna play fetch and stuff w/ her but i dunno when the approp time to try her off her leash is

we are trying to learn shake but she gets too excited by the treats. at least she knows sit really well!

GOOD! hyper - but not too bad. she is ready to get out of isolation but she is still sneezing and they said keep her isolated from the cats for 5 days. she goes to the vet tomorrow!!

i woke up this morning to the tips of my shoelaces chewed off my tennis shoes. oops. my bad for leaving them out.

i hope she gets along with the cats when she comes out! she seems interested in them when we go out for walks but i don't let them get too close. the cats are DEF interested in her.

i want to take her off the leash soon but i'm scared! if she sees a squirrel or bird i'm scared she'll just run and not come back!

Gertie? Sookie? Bertha?

I pick her up Sunday, so I might just wait till I meet her to really decide, but I'm tossing around ideas. Currently they are calling her Tiffany, which isn't doing it for me. I like 2 syllable names for dogs, makes it easier to train. Shes 10 months old and a 45 pound lap dog.
