i'm down like nothing. i mean i dunno it is just not exactly flying off but i guess i'm not worried about my weight so much as i am fitting back into my jeans. so as long as i can fit back into my jeans and like tighten up my body i guess i don't care what the number iseven though i secretly still care. i hate the scale.

I've lost about 3lbs in the past week, which I'm excited about because I'd kind of hit a plateau for a little bit. If I could lose 12 more in the next month or so I'd be a very happy girl! It's not my high school weight, but I also had no curves then.

I like my butt I just want it more toned. Same with the stomach. I've lost a lot of gut over the past year but it's not toned at all. And my arms are all flab.

you know how everyone looks at photos of others and thinks whatever...well, look at yourself in photos and see if you think you look proportional, disregard the fact that you are looking at yourselfyou can't diet your way to a rock hard body and you can't lift your way there while eating crap, nor can you run your way there (well, maybe, but that's a heck of a lot of running)moderation, people, in diet and exercise (and yes, I'm just as bad as the rest of you)

Haha I'm just kidding. I have a few times a month where I have those bad days though Between climbing and running I get a decent amount of exercise and I eat fairly well. I get frustrated though because I like instant gratification and it's definitely a lifelong process. I've completely changed my lifestyle over the past few years. Well, it's more like I reverted back to a previous lifestyle before chaos entered and left my life. Right now I'm focused on weight loss and when I get to a more comfortable weight I'd just focus on toning maintaining.
