if it was like a pit bull, german shepherd or even a lab then yeah, i would call animal control.

but if im not mistaken here, you got nipped by a little chihuahua?

id probably just let that one go.

The only fault Grace has in this situation is taking childish glee in revenge

He's doing the right thing otherwise, sorry haters

Grace should have done something at the time this event occurred. He really will have to be a brainless waste to bring the dog back to the same park at the same time of day.

One time I got injured in a grocery store late at night due to neglect and laziness on the part of the employees. I knew I needed to insist on filing a report when it happened, but the dum-dum crew was there and I just wanted to go home. Another missed opportunity for retribution due to pain, humiliation and being busy.

FWIW I wasn't calling him a faggot, just regurgitating a tww meme. In all seriousness, if it were me I would have made a big deal about it right then and there. I mean if the dog doesn't have the rabies shot tags or the owner doesn't have some kind of proof then I have to assume it could possibly have rabies. Rabies is some serious shit, unless I'm mistaken it can take weeks to manifest, it's only curable within a short window and once symptoms really start to kick in you are a walking corpse. I'm not trusting some stranger's word that the dog has had shots. I think most people assume that if it is a big enough of a deal to call the cops/animal control/whoever today, it is a big enough of a deal to have called them yesterday. I'm not saying you don't or shouldn't have any recourse, the dog owner was 100% in the wrong imo, but it's possible you fucked yourself by letting it slide right when it happened.

This is exactly why you have to make a big deal about it right when it happens. If you do ever see the guy/dog again all he has to say is, "No it wasn't me and my dog but I have seen another guy at this park with a dog just like mine, we even had a conversation about it. His name is Jim I believe." Does that cast enough doubt to prevent animal control or whoever from taking the dog even if X number of witnesses say it was him and his dog? I dunno, but you allowed him that avenue.
