two days ago i pulled one off my inner thigh when i woke up in the morningi lost track of the crawlers, lord knowsits gotten to the point where as im walking through the woods i am using my wading staff to wack at any vegetation ahead of me, be it on the ground or trees and shrubs, in order to hopefully dislodge waiting ticks[Edited on June 8, 2011 at 9:53 PM. I'm about to go camping up in MA with a friend. I'm under the impression the ticks are pretty bad up here, but I don't really know what to expect. Probably not a huge deal.

Do you people live in the woods? I would have figured the colder winter would have killed a lot off for this summer

yo tick homieshow long should a tick bite be red and swollen and itchy? its been 2 weeks. my other bite went away and you can hardly even see where it wasthis one, is still raised, red, itchy. no spreading redness around it that i can tell. am i supposed to like, circle that shit with a pen now and monitor the redness? just figured it would have gone away by now. and it still itches!!!
