Depends on the week. Anywhere from 0-4 depending on if I go somewhere that week that I like the sweet tea or not. Don't drink any sodas or coffee though.

7 maxI can have a few in a bad day, but I go for decent stretches without any. Its amazing how much better you'll feel if you avoid soda and drink water more often.

Since I quit smoking, I've started taking two caffeine pills in the morning instead of drinking coffee.I still drink coffee/tea as a mid-day treat on occasion. But the ritualistic cups of the morning are out with the cigarettes.

I only need caffeine for days that I didn't get much sleep or I'm really groggy in the morning, which is never since I tend to skip it and go directly to the afternoon.

Rounds down to 0.No coffee, no tea.Maybe 2 Sprites a month. (no caffeine!)But the occasional Orange Drank if I need to perk up on a long highway road trip. Think I had 3 Mountain Dews in July, along with an Orange soda. July was a heavy caffeine month for me.
