bottom of the east is fairly weak. It's a longshot but with enough injuries to other teams we could hang around the playoff race for awhile.

We're still 2-3 players away from having a truly competitive roster but it's nice not to be the laughingstock of the league this year.

This is a fun team to watch and an easy team to root for. I don't think I've ever said that about a Bobcats team.

The difference this year -- besides Kemba improving tenfold -- has to be the depth. This team brings some quality guys off the bench in Sessions and Gordon. Even Tyrus Thomas isn't completely shitty this year. Biyombo ... well ... he's got some work to do.

Then there's the MKG factor. He's doing exactly what Cho and company drafted him to do -- raising the team's hustle level. If you don't play hard with him and Kemba on the court, you're going to look like a slack-ass.

i think i read thomas is out for 2 months. the trade for warrick timed out well.

it will be interesting to see how biyombo pans out. with the addition of haywood, play of mullins, it seems as though biyombo has taken a step back. last year he was really just thrown to the wolves.

glad that we only have kemba this year rather than kemba/dj. mkg and kemba will be fun to watch.

it will be nice to get rid of diop and reggie williams contracts next year.

yeah that is just ridiculous. Just goes to show this team is still miles away from being a playoff team, but they are definitely headed in the right direction again.

It's nice to see us making headway without making desperate moves that will hurt us in the long term. We're actually in a pretty decent position to build a squad right now if Kemba continues to develop. He's actually playing at league average right now which is a definite surpise. Where the hell did these steals come from?

Went to the game last night. Kemba and MKG looked great.

Not sure I've ever seen a team shoot better than the Spurs did last night. Wide open corner 3's all game but they buried all of them. I had spurs -9.5 vs the two buddies i went with, was quite entertaining to watch them drop 130+ on us haha

MKG is awesome and Thomas Robinson is a complete bust. Not even sure he'll be in the league in a few years and MKG looks like a guaranteed star.

Beal really hasn't done anything yet, but I'll wait to reserve judgment until Wall gets back. I still think he'll be a pretty good player eventually.

Mullens and Henderson would be mistakes to extend, they just can't play. Biyombo on the other hand is still showing potential and Kemba looks like he could eventually become a legitimate NBA starter as he's already playing at a solid backup level.

I'm hoping we can move the expiring Diop deal for a pick and a bad contract guy similar to the Ben Gordon move.

I know I've been really down on him (with good reason he was terrible last season) in the past, but yeah he's actually playing okay this year. Check the numbers he's not the reason we're losing every game he's just slightly below average PG right now.
