Everyone in my family has a sick metabolism... even in to their 50s... I eat like shit, but I also work pretty hard these days at the gym... though I'm fairly confident even if I was insanely lazy I'd still not put on TOO MUCH weight..

Your diet and excersize routine is also probably alot more regimented than most people, so your metabolism is alot more fine tuned

yeah, BMI isn't necessarily accurate if you work out a lot.i'm WELL into the fatty range judging strictly off of height/weight, but i'm not overweight in reality.

i was 245 at my last doctor visit about 2 months ago, and i was like OMFGi am 220 now, 25 pounds in 2 months my secret. i just dont eat so much, and i walk more. no change in WHAT i eat at all... and i still eat 2-3 meals a day, instead of 4-5 like i was for a year or soi actually think im pretty sexy now i think, 220 looks great on me245 did not

6'1" 245. 20 lbs heavier than last year at this time and at least 45 lbs overweight. I'm active as fuck, but I always put on a ton of weight in the winter and then have to work all spring/summer/fall to lose it and then some. This year I just haven't worked as hard to lose weight. I can lose weight, but I really have to bust my ass to do so.
