I think that the entire project is pretty awesome. I wish that the girl in that picture looked a little happier about being naked. She's a big girl and she looks like she's pretty unhappy with it.

I use to be approximately that size, but I think that I carried my weight much better. I was at least not so miserable looking.

I am married and have a family now, so I am not too worried about what you or anyone else thinks (if I ever was). But I know that a person who is going to be attractive at a size 4 will probably still be attractive at a size 14 as long as they have the confidence to pull it off. And I am *VERY* comfortable with my appearance.

I would love to contribute to such a project if I thought that I could get away with it given my chosen vocation, but there are already too many nude and topless pictures of me floating around.

See, I think that if you are ugly, you are going to be ugly. Period. Fat or skinny. . .you're just ugly.

An attractive person is still going to remain attractive at most any weight because features and proportions do not change. Other people may prefer a more athletic body type or rounder body type, but extra weight does not suddenly obliterate a person's aesthetic qualities.

Yeahh.. I don't agree with this at all. Although confidence can be very attractive (moreso in men than women), when talking about attractiveness a hot size 4 can look thoroughly unappealing as a size 14. The opposite is almost never true. In fact, I can't really think of any size 14's that are generally regarded as "hot".

It is good to know that you are "VERY" comfortable with your appearance, and I certainly wasn't trying to troll or insult. However, I think you are trying to rationalize your obesity when posting that most of the time you look "damned good", which is the line of thinking that the OP objected to when starting this thread.

I am not "rationalizing" my obesity. In fact, I have lost over 50 pounds since getting married because it is difficult to be the kind of mother that I want to be as over weight as I was.

However, I have problems with some of the ideas expressed in this thread. Being confident and happy as an overweight person is wonderful. Accepting your body as it is does not send the wrong message. If you are comfortable with who you are, healthy or not, great. No one should slam you for it. It's your body, do whatever the fuck with it that you want. I also have to reject the idea that a girl who exceeds a certain weight or defies a certain size standard cannot be attractive.

I looked disgusting at 115 pounds -- all skin and bones and deflated boobies. I am far more attractive at a size 16/18 than I was at a size 8. And that is not just me saying that.

^^I agree with everything in that post except the last 3 sentences. But then again, I'm sure that there are people out there that find you more attractive as a bigger girl. I remember some pictures of you when you were smaller, and thought you looked better when you were thin. But that's just one guy's opinion.

There have been absolutely no pictures of me smaller than a size 16 posted on TWW ***EVER***.

Now there are some of me at my super chunky fat stage around the time I got married, but most of the pictures of me are at a like 18 or so -- even the naked ones.

Yes, absolutely--it's good to be confident, and even better to be happy, as an overweight person...but it should be despite your physical condition. You can be super confident and super happy, and still strive to get in shape.

In other words, yes, great if you're comfortable with who you are, healthy or not. Not great if you're overweight and/or unhealthy. That's just not something that anyone should happily accept. I'm really not trying to be an asshole or "slam" you or anyone else, but I am trying to be upfront and direct...calling it what it is.

i wear anywhere from a M-XL in shirts because i have big boobs....
