Just FYI, the chest and biceps are overrated from an athletic standpoint. They are not nearly as useful as a strong back, legs, and shoulders.

Chests have the same aesthetic appeal on men as big boobs on women, and dudes will spend loads of time in the gym to make sure that they get that way.
