i just ate a lean pocket for a snackit consisted of bread, cheese, and pepperoniMMMMM LEAN POCKETnow that is a ridic diet. how is that even good for you at all?! but so tasty. and it says "lean" on the box.

mmmk.i have a fitday account i occasionally use for like a week every so often just to see what im looking like....i havent touched it in a loooong while and this thread made me want to see.looks like today will be around 1600 cals (i overestimated a bit [i ususally do that] and it's including what ill end up eating tonight)21% carbs25% protein54% fat ahahahathose pistachio and avocados'll do it. i <3 fitday (although you have to be carefull with it sometimes, i think some of their estimates are wrong)
