lol@God thinking he knows what's up. Firstly, I did the Wii Fit strength training and aerobics and I make sure I sweat or add weights to make it worth it. This is only temporary, I'm easing myself into going to the gym and not feeling so self conscious. I'm not whining about being fat, it's totally my fault, but I want to change it so fuckyouverymuch.

Samwise, my dogs is 6 lbs. but I walked briskly! It's just to get me moving, oye.

I don't bring junk into the house when I grocery shop, I go out and get dinner when I don't want to make something here. That's already changed and I'm feeling better already.

I got a bunch of lean pockets in my freezer, but they don't taste very good, and I don't think they're that healthy either, so I'm going to throw them away

My daily diet:

Meal 1: Two eggs, one piece of whole wheat toast, one glass of V8.
Meal 2: Organic onion bagel with cream cheese, cup of coffee.
Meal 3: Soup and soda.
Meal 4: Apple.
Meal 5: A sensible dinner. Usually baked chicken (not fried or breaded) and broccoli and a roll.
Meal 6: Ramen noodles.

Most Americans eat too much protein in their diet.

Ergo, they're fatasses.

Look at Asia and India.

With.

That's over 60g of protein.

The recommended daily amount for males is around 50.

Yeah, that's terrible for you. The sodium is through the roof.

If I have ramen which is like....once a year, I'll eat the packet too but just a little. haha

I've not eaten much today, just a wheat pbj sandwich but I'm not hungry... sigh.

I listed two servings of fruit and vegetables a day. V8 is processed, but still.

EDIT: haha seriously. The only mildly processed thing in that entire line-up was soda and soup. You can't be serious with that comment?

A chicken breast has about 45g of protein per 100 grams. I probably eat almost 400g in a serving.

bagel = processed
roll = processed

soup/ramen/v8 = high sodium

apple/veggies = 2 total servings (you're really counting v8?)

not to mention sugar in soda (REAL or FAKE...still fucks with insulin levels)...even if it's diet it still has phosphoric acid which leeches calcium from bones and teeth.

shit i should do that every night. i'd be skinny in no time

Ya, sounds tasty!! We have veggies and he bought beef, I told him next time we need to go white meat...he's learning haha.

Okay guys, here's another thing porcha reminded me of cause I'm wondering if he's the same way. When I went hardcore I was obsessed with this process. It was all I could think and talk about because it was so consuming. I felt like every inch of thought was consumed by this desire to lose weight. I hated that fact of it, I just wanted to relax and enjoy myself but I felt like I was constantly putting all that first instead of having fun, etc. How do YOU find a happy medium?

its only this crazy when you put it into words, if you just live it and make it your everyday life, it becomes second nature

hence why this is a lifestyle change rather than a fad

i don't live that to the T everyday, there's no need to, but when I look back on the week, I more or less have accomplished that. I usually "cheat" over the weekend too.

I'm skinny now. I can eat number 2s and talk shit about people not having any willpower like I do. I mean, of course I can't eat number 2s all the time, but I've got dedication and motivation so I can eat them in moderation. Other people don't even realize how easy it is. They just need to get off their fat asses and sweat! I mean, I've changed myself perman--OH SHIT, I'M FAT AGAIN!

This is wrong.

Americans are a bunch of fat asses because we eat too much processed sugar. High fructose corn syrup is so many foods it is ridiculous. Fructose is about as bad as alcohol is for you, with out the buzz.

Protein, after digestion, provides the least amount of energy as compared to carbs and fats. Protein is mainly used for tissue synthesis in the body, not energy.

When in a calorie deficit, protein is the first nutrient in the body to be tapped for energy. If you are trying to lose weight and retain lean mass make sure you are getting adequate protein.
