I've got to side with David here.

Reasons:
Past phone call she apparently didn't mind at all, and they chatted for a while.
This phone call came from a friend's phone. Apparently the same one that made the first call a year ago.
Who the fuck goes running to mommy and daddy to let them know what happened? I understand if there was past issues and just her mentioning that she doesn't want to be around him right now. But come on. Are we 6?
Why is she going off on the brother for this? If she wants someone to yell at, it should be the friend, and he should be deleting her number.

And who hasn't gotten a phone call from a scammer (or wrong number/drunk dial) in the middle of the night? Definitely make sure my phone is muted when I go to bed.
