yeah, it's taken a lot of hard work but i think i've finally reached my goali had a lot of weight to lose, so going from 228 to 190ish was easy....it's been the last 25 that was a bitch

awesome... congrats.I'm sort of doing the opposite. I've busted my ass to GAIN 6-8 pounds... It is hard as hell for me to keep that on and very frustrating... but it's coming along slowly.

^i have this same issue...i have about 6 years worth of clothes collected that are WAY too big for me....but i think i'm going to have a yard sale....either way i'm getting rid of them as a way of not thinking "well if i gain the weight back i won't have to buy new clothes"....i bought more expensive clothes this time so i would care more about staying in them

I was up to 205 a year and a half ago, lost 20 lbs in a month working at UPS. Right where I want to be now, might actually try to put on a few lbs.

no...i really did it for the reason i stated...when you buy everything for $12 from walmart/target/old navy, you don't really give a shit if you can't wear it after a couple of months....don't get me wrong....i bought it all on sale or from ebay so i didn't pay full crazy ass expensive price....but it's nice to have clothes that actually fit properly and are flattering

5'10", I think I weigh 135? I've been 135-145. Its pretty consistent, I think.I can usually fool the weight guessers at the State Fair, 80% success rate. Used to be 100% when I was younger. Thank god for genetics.

6' 3'', weighed in last week at 258lbs. I am taking measures to correct this, however (low fat diet, mostly vegetables and fruits, increasing the frequency of my current exercise regimen, etc).
