and here i sit, yet another night, unable to sleep. last night i actually got around 5 hours... but of course! plagued with just freaking lovely dreams. my husband woke me up this morning all worried because i was sweating and clinching my hair in my hands. yay. *sigh*

dont beat yourself up over it. it took me a long time to quit a, b, and c myself (work was a primary motivator). now i just occasionally abuse alcohol, gamble, and can't sleep. yay.

no sleep last night, had to catch a bus at 2am then a flight to italy at 6am, and i cant check into the hotel for another 2 hours so im just chillin in the lobby till then, with a big sign that says "NO SLEEPING IN THE LOBBY"

my sleep schedule is getting kinda better....i think?now i can at least fall asleep around 12 or 1 but i wake up at freaking 4am everyday. then i'm awake until like 7 or so until i can fall back to sleep.if i could just sleep like 6 hours straight i'd be happy

present.i tried sleeping pills the other night, first time ever.put me to sleep for 3 hrs., then i was awake for 3 hours, then i slept 3 more.felt like crap the next daynever again.

I decided to quit caffeine on Sunday to see if it would help me sleep more soundly. I was drinking around 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning, plus a can of diet coke at lunch.Without caffeine, I find myself wanting a nap around 1 or 2 pm, but on a positive note, I've gotten awesome sleep!Last night I went to bed at 8:45 pm and woke up at 7 am, which is extreme, but it felt really good to catch up after so many restless nights.
