Somebody is voting for UNC; it is difficult to keep them out of the top 25. The spelling NCSU thing should be easy to defend, though. We only have to have 4x as much votes per time as the UNC voter(s ) to defend it.

lmao they FINALLY got rid of some. funny thing is, there's no fucking way we even have 5k legitimately. they probably cleared out all the votes that came from the IP's that had the most votes but they had to draw the line somewhere.

i bet the no cookies, vote, hit f5+enter repeatedly tactic would still work though. (assuming your IP isn't blocked )

hmm.. maybe. in the batch file, the following type of command is looped:

wget --no-cookies --delete-after "http://www.kiplinger.com/tools/colleges/vote.php?college=1&submit=vote&x=40&y=10"

what are the x and y near the end for? if they are a password-type thing, perhaps Kiplinger simply changed them.
