there was a period where i just didnt get on the scale... so i feel like, at one point, I had to weigh more than I did when I decided to lose weight (at 383)... I think I already posted in this thread, though... a while back

315. It was bad.

Today...about 275. 30 lbs heavier than last year. Stress really packs it on.

^^ haha i know. i judge her hardcore so theni don't have to judge myself

but seriously i know where the extra 8 or so lbs came from

i started drinking soda again

FML. seriously. if i stop drinking soda (or switch to icky diet) i can drop 10lbs like that. but i love the soda and neeeeedy the caffeine

^ stress sometimes does the opposite for me. earlier this year when i was super stressed out i got down to like 115 (which is um what i should weigh) cause i just didn't feel like eating. b ut then sometimes stress makes me eat more like - at school w/ stress i will stay up writing papers and eat an entire box of wheat thins so i have something to "do" or whatever while writing

225, or thereabouts. Happens off and on, most recently the first couple months of this year.

Weighed myself yesterday @ 209, first time I've seen under 210 in a while. Going in the right direction, albeit very slowly.

i weighed in at 150 this morning :O

I'm into size 6's now.

but it's OK, im actually really surprised i've only gained this much in the past 3 months considering how BAD my diet and gym has been

i purposely slacked off to help keep my metabolism in check.

i'm making an effort not to go.
seriously...going to the gym and busting ass has become second nature.

i can't wait to start back.

its hard to be motivated when my clothes still fit. and not like tight fit either like i'm not squeezing into them. my small jeans are still loose on me. maybe our scale is wrong?! doubtful. maybe i'm just really beefy and have gained a lot of muscle mass doing nothing

probably just gained all the weight in my face

It's prob just water weight. No need to worry about it.

I'm at my current upper weight limit where it's time to kick my butt in gear so I don't have to buy new clothes. Back up to 129, which is bad since I have a marathon to run in a month and a half. :/ Need to be a little lighter for that.

My last reserves are pooled around my midsection, buttocks, and thighs (obviously) but only very evenly, so it doesn't give the obvious appearance of any "gut" or anything. Any cutting would reduce those. The photo* I posted on the last page is basically what my "ideal" build would look like, but that's something that would take a lot more dedication than I think I have time for at the moment.

Most I weighed was around 180 with about 15% bf.

I currently have been staying between 165 and 170 with about 8% bf. I would like to weigh 180, but be mostly/completely lean around 4 to 6% bf.

Nothing you can do if your body doesn't like to keep fat around. He is probably a hard gainer who worked his ass off. I always thought it was a bonus

Gronke, while abs are great, ones that are too perfect/defined/symmetrical are usually indicative of a person who is too vain to drink a beer and have fun. Symmetrical abs have to be consciously developed. You can get great abs from surfing, wakeboarding, running and tennis. I'd rather be with a guy who drinks beer and plays sports to get a workout.

The only people with perfectly symmetrical abs are models who spend all day in the gym.

Most people who have great abs without gym time (surfers, wakeboarders, tennis players) play sports where you tend to favor a certain side of your body for specific motions. Thus, asymmetrical abs.

Also, runners don't have that much definition naturally.

Not everyone's gait is perfectly symmetrical, therefore, asymmetrical abs.

Well, yes, my "sports" are just goalkeeping for soccer. My training for that involves jump-roping, plyometrics, bodyweight squats (I have weak knees), and I do running every so often. I don't know that those activities will get me a drool-worthy torso, though.

The most I've ever weighed is 233, but I'm 6'4'' so I wasn't really that fat.

Right now I'm bouncing between 208 and 213, and I've been running almost everyday, so my leg muscles are building and toning nicely. All I really need to do is reduce my calorie intact and continue my workouts and I'll lose weight slowly and in a healthy way. I've already lowered my body fat percentage 5%, which is pretty awesome for me.
