Dell Curry just said Mullens got himself an easy lay
1/12/2012 8:59:42 PM
lol @ still losing by 30outrebounded 55-30no one on Charlotte had more than 5 rebounds[Edited on January 12, 2012 at 9:54 PM. Reason : ]
1/12/2012 9:53:42 PM
Man they suck.
1/12/2012 10:30:27 PM
that was terrible. And that's why you can't play Mullens for extended minutes. He just doesn't create net possessions because he can't rebound.
1/12/2012 10:40:47 PM
Worst Bobcats team yet?
1/12/2012 11:20:53 PM
well who are you gonna put in to rebound? they all suck at it.
1/13/2012 12:21:24 AM
I'm about to take off my push notifications for this team.
1/13/2012 12:34:55 AM
Pretty frustrating team, we just have a giant gaping hole at center as always. That's another reason why we shouldn't have traded two elite rebounders (Wallace and chandler) for nothing
1/13/2012 1:32:53 AM
So Tyrus Thomas is 6'10" and can jump out of the gym. He played 25 minutes last night and had as many rebounds as me. What the fuck.
1/13/2012 9:02:11 AM
havent been following closely, but i just want a quick synopsis of Kemba's play this year thus far? Up and down? Is that the consensus?
1/13/2012 9:04:52 AM
started off doing well, has sort of disappeared ever sinceseems like he is still getting used to 24 sec vs. 35
1/13/2012 9:09:27 AM
Looks like all my whining before/after the draft about us not taking Kawhi Leonard was justified.Dude is already a stud, and we're stuck with Kemba.
1/13/2012 3:55:02 PM
remember when we had Gerald Wallace and were at least fun to watch
1/13/2012 4:00:44 PM
this team seems like it scores less and less every game
1/13/2012 8:44:55 PM
Haha -3 tonight, easiest $20 I ever made. Seriously Vegas? This team isn't winning soon if anyone else needs some cash.
1/14/2012 3:18:08 AM
If its such easy money, why are you betting twenty dollars?
1/14/2012 4:11:20 PM
Kemba doing pretty good for his first start10 points in the first 8 min of the game1:31 left in the 1stKemba - 13 on 4/5 shootingMullens - 12 on 5/6[Edited on January 14, 2012 at 7:32 PM. Reason : ]
1/14/2012 7:27:28 PM
Kemba hits a half-court shot to end the 3rd, but it looks like it won't count, let go a couple tenths too late
1/14/2012 8:54:06 PM
Kemba finishes the game with 23 points on >50% shooting, 0 turnovers in 39+ minutes...in a winwhere you at face]
1/14/2012 10:08:47 PM
They started Kemba and Augustin in the back court tonight along with Henderson. That's a tiny TINY back court, but at least it gives us a chance to score some points. Also started Tyrus and Mullens, no Diaw. Good call Silas.
1/14/2012 10:30:55 PM
terrific we really needed a win. I'm glad he was able to put together his first decent game against a team starting Charles Jenkins and featuring Nate Robinson.Don't get me wrong, I want him to develop into a decent player it just seems unlikely.Wish we'd taken the guaranteed star instead.
1/15/2012 11:29:20 AM
http://www.firstrow.tv/watch/102484/1/watch-charlotte-bobcats-vs-cleveland-cavaliers.htmlforgot they did day games for MLK day
1/16/2012 2:11:36 PM
Irving is a stud. Could be as good or better than Rose in a few years.
1/16/2012 4:23:40 PM
2nd worst record in the league (more losses than the other 3-win teams)luckily we should still finish 4th in our division
1/16/2012 5:17:05 PM
14/26 from the line. At least my middle school team I took today learned how important those shots are. That being said, it would be nice if they could hold a 14 point lead.
1/16/2012 11:58:53 PM
1/17/2012 12:16:08 AM
good 1st halfBiyombo 4-4 with 8 points, 6 reb, 2 blocks. he hasn't looked retarded yet.
1/17/2012 8:10:34 PM
biyombo with 11 pts 8 reb and 4 blks. Not bad
1/17/2012 9:05:45 PM
the Magic have picked a fantastic time to start hitting their 3's
1/17/2012 9:15:30 PM
oh no! we suck again still suck!
1/17/2012 9:41:27 PM
Bobcats dancer Brittany Kerr on American Idol last night. Best advertisement in franchise history?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4vstgbi83ds
1/19/2012 11:22:54 AM
What a pathetic display that was. Anyone catch the asshole from Norway? Why would you come from Norway to see the Bobcats?
1/25/2012 9:00:24 AM
i used to post on this bobcats messageboard several seasons ago... bobcats planet i think it was called.pretty sure that guy was on there. he'd make crazy posts about his love for the bobcats and he could barely type english. a really strange bird.i know he was european and norway sounds right.anyway, man this team freaking blows
1/25/2012 9:17:58 AM
At first I thought it was this guy again
1/25/2012 9:34:28 AM
even at $6, I doubt I'll make the trip into the city to see them tonight ... something about my dignity and going to see a couple teams pillowfightthat doesnt mean I won't watch it on TV though
1/25/2012 9:53:56 AM
i like how they mortgaged the future to build a playoff team and immediately after getting a playoff team they dismantled it and didn't ask for anything good in return for their assets. They are going to end up hemmorhaging money these next two seasons, who in the hell is going to buy tickets to this debacle? Why is Cory Higgins playing 10 minutes a game??? At one point the lineup last night was Higgins, Henderson, Najera, Brown, and Mullens.I'm not certain that team could win the Big East.
1/25/2012 10:08:15 AM
despite having not purchased a ticket to a Bobcats game in over 2 seasons, I still get voicemails from the Bobcats telling me about great business opportunities to help my business...ie I pay out the ass for season tickets and take clients to the game...what a jokethe best was when they were calling trying to sell tickets during the lockout, that would be a shitty job
1/25/2012 5:14:02 PM
looks like a summer league team
1/25/2012 7:16:57 PM
Tankapalooza. Watch them Fuck this up and still not end up with Anthony Davis somehow
1/26/2012 1:26:20 AM
NBAdraft.net has UCONN big man Andre Drummond going #1 overall, followed by Davis. Jeremy Lamb is 3rd, semi-surprisingly.
1/26/2012 9:48:16 AM
God the Bobcats sucks complete ass along with pretty much the rest of the Eastern Conference.
1/26/2012 11:13:44 AM
Yeah the East is shit beyond Chicago and Miami. Indy, Philly and Atlanta are solid, but Boston's too old, New York's too selfish, and Orlando will tank whenever they trade Dwight. If the conference finals were anything but Bulls vs Heat, I'd be shocked.
1/26/2012 11:24:48 AM
O/U 10.5 total wins for Charlotte this season
1/26/2012 11:56:34 AM
^^ The past few years, I felt the East was finally starting to make up some ground on the West after so many years of being complete shit and with the addition of some of the Western talent (like Stoudamire, Melo, etc), but good God this year this eastern conference is as bad as I can remember. Literally only two teams with any shot of going to the finals unless the Magic hangs onto Dwight.
1/26/2012 12:02:46 PM
Amare is shit and carmelo was never goodNba fans are crazy they pick the most random players to annoit as stars
1/27/2012 2:35:43 AM
^ I am not an NBA fan and don't really give a shit about the stats like you and some of the other guys on here. Amare and Melo were "stars" that joined the Eastern conference which should have at least made the Knicks less shitty. Guess not. Also neither is a random player as you claim.Deron Williams is another guy that went East without making much of a difference (yet). It is just unfathomable how truly awful the East is this year.[Edited on January 27, 2012 at 7:24 AM. Reason : jk]
1/27/2012 7:23:18 AM
Philly is really good and Atlanta was before they lost their best player
1/27/2012 8:32:38 AM
Philly would just be another middle of the pack team in the West, same with Atlanta. Neither has any shot of winning the East.
1/27/2012 8:52:19 AM
I'm not really sure what we're arguing here. The East is virtually .500 against the West this season. To say Philly isn't any good when they have the best differential in the league despite missing their center for several games is sorta silly.Iguodala, Hawes, and Meeks are killing it. Brand is nearly back to his old form (though he might wear down over the season). Some guy named Vucevic looks like a future all star. And Young, Turner, and Williams are playing well. If Jrue Holiday ever gets going (i think he will) this team has a chance to win it all. They will run into the same problem Chicago and SAS did last year though. Teams with great depth have an advantage during the regular season that gets mitigated in the playoffs when teams shorten their bench. On the flip side Orlando will get better as they shorten their bench and concentrate the minutes between their stars Howard, Anderson, Redick, and Turkoglu.Atlanta's historical weakness was having a bench full of 12th men and no starting PG. Now they have Teague starring and T-Mac playing like a star again off the bench. Even Radmanovic is having a good season. Oh yeah, and Marvin Williams finally got good this season. With Horford they'd be dangerous. If the Celtics ever stop screwing around and play Stiemsma instead of Jermaine O'Neal's corpse they'll be back in the playoff mix.
1/27/2012 9:50:10 AM
10 point first quarter lolers. Fuck Jordan.
