Yeah but they changed owners and aren't nearly as good anymore. I think I might have gotten a mild case of food poisoning last time I was there too

There's a newish place across the street from them with decent pho. I just wish more pho places around here were like pho cali in that they have a wide arrange of meats to choose from. That's the best thing pho cali has going for it.

I do like the bun at 9N9. Mmmmmm.
