i couldn't figure out my sleeping. but now i feel like it is WHEN i sleep not how much i get that matters for my body.

so if i sleep from say 10 - 7...thats a lot of sleep, but i don't feel tired from it when i wake up. but if i slept like 12 or 1 - 9 i would be more tired waking up. i don't really get it.

i also think 9 hours of sleep is the optimal amount for me but i got almost that last night and i still feel tired.

sleeping is so weird.

I used to get 3-4 hours per night. Now it's 7-10.

I lie to my friends and say I have plans so I can go to bed at 9 and sleep until 7.

But it's very wasteful.
