Hey, I have an extra space in a three bed room apt for July and this coming fall and spring semesters.

You'll have your own bathroom
almost completly furnished common areas
free wireless internet
two pools
gym
washer and dry
playgrounds, tennis, and walking areas.

rent would be about $300 including electric and water

Its in Sumter Square apt. off of 440 on Jones Franklin and it would be a year long lease
