Roommate and I will be moving out and don't need this sofa anymore. It's a couple years old and we took really good care of it. Supposedly it is some stain-resistant fabric, but we never got to try that out. Asking for $400, but will consider best offer. We live along Avent Ferry in Raleigh, NC.
