Hey, I'm moving out of my current apartment and my lease ends at the end of June, but my landlord is looking for someone for the next year as well.

If you're interested, I'd love to be able to stop paying rent ($275) since I will be somewhere else. It is one bedroom and bath in a 4 BR/4 Bath apartment in University Commons. Includes A/C, dishwasher, nice sized closet, etc.
