Dishes in the sink for 2 days. Sink is clogged with noodles, standing water.
Their cats shit on the floor for the second day in a row. Also, the fat one puked in the living room.
Pillow stuffing all over the living room from the dog eating stuffed animals. Pet hair everywhere.

I've found a 2br 900 sq foot home listed, newly renovated and on a 1/4 acre at the end of a dead end road (private)
it also has a hot tub

its going for $850 a month

You might remember my "Pros and cons of living with your significant other" thread I made a few months back.

Well, the boyfriend and I made the leap and it has been great so far. We were SO ready to get away from Princess Bitch and Sloth.

Funny story. When we moved out, we cleaned the entire place(baseboards, walls, cabinets, fridge, laundry room, all the closets, and took out all the garbage and took care of selling all the furniture and donating what the roommate didn't want)
Sloth roommate decided to steam clean the carpets on his own, which was awesome since his dog shit and pissed the floors on a daily basis.
So we move out on Saturday and that night we get a phone call, bitching us out for leaving ONE SINGLE NAIL in the wall. Sloth was mad he had to mop the kitchen and clean off the patio after we cleaned everything. The only reason we didn't mop and clean the patio was because there were boxes of his shit stacked in both areas.

They were just horrible. Good Riddance.

I just got a response note and comment from my roommate that my notes are passive-aggressive and mean
he commented that he cleaned up the cat shit and litter box even though it wasn't his (though he has a kitten, a cat and a dog)

I told him that I didn't own pets specifically because I didn't want to clean up the goo that comes out of them

yeah the two roommates that are here that I'm conflicting with used to date each other for like 2 years
then they split and one of them DIDN'T move out

they're both seeing other people

I get uncomfortable when all four of them are piled onto the couch drinking and talking loudly over the movie my gf and I were trying to watch

So what do you do when your sorry ass roommate ignores the request to leave his car keys behind, goes AWOL without answering phone or VM, blocks my car from getting out to work this morning and now my other roommate from getting a van in to load some stuff from the backyard?

Close to calling AAA and seeing how difficult it would be to get it towed. Revenge ideas are also welcome.

His lack of motivation and general unwillingness to get a spare key made also fuels our rage.

living by myself is the greatest choice i've ever made. yes, it sucks to not have anyone to split utility bills with, but the benefits greatly outweigh the costs. ughhh roommates...never again.
