The site appraisal came in at around $148k, but I heard they got it a little under value. I'm thinking around $140k, but I'm not sure. Not bad considering ad revenues were around $40k per year at the time of the sale. That could easily bump up to $55k-$60k in the next year.

i really hope they didnt pay much. it was a lot better and had a lot more value when it was run by the guys who wrote it.

it lost half its value as soon as nael drove it off the lot.
