my right eye did this for months on end a while back. i'm guessing it was stress because i removed some stress causing events from my life and the twitch went away.

it is very annoying though and caused me lots of headaches, i feel your pain

When I was really busy at work during finals week in December this happened to me. It was just for a day and I'm sure it was a combination of fatigue/stress... it's nothing to worry about.
