had a temp boss when i was hired. my new-hire mentor turned into my boss so its pretty cool. we only have a team of 4 so we just talk about whatever.

i was in a bad mood for ...oh 3 months or so... anyways, she was like "you can be as bitchy as you like when its just u and me so long as you are nice to the customers and ur other 2 team members." fair compromise.

That describes my boss to a "T". He's a total douchebag, has no social skills, insults you for no fucking reason, has no class, no tact and keeps everyone in the dept down. He even gives out shitty Christmas bonuses, just for the fuck of it (doesn't affect him either way). I'm looking for another job so I basically don't give a shit about him, but sometimes its hard to hold back and not tell him to go fuck himself.
