OK, so I'm talking to this girl I haven't talked to in like a year, right? And we didn't exactly stop talking on the best of terms, but it wasn't the worst of terms. And I'm texting her, and a certain topic comes up, and I am like "WTF, this requires a phone conversation." Here's more or less how it went.

Me: Hey, ok, you've GOT to tell me all about this
Her: Uhh.. Ok, well, yeah, it happened around the beginning of March, no big deal.
Me: Wow, that's awesome! I guess a lot of stuff can happen when you aren't talking to a person...
Her: Huh? I thought I told you about it.
Me: No, this is like the first time we've talked in a long while, right?
Her: Huh? Who is this?
Me: Oh shit. I guess that's why you actually answered...
Her: Ohhhh...
...
...
Me: OK, this is awkward... I guess I should hang up now, shouldn't I?
Her: Uhh... Probably not a bad plan...
