this idiot, who looked like a pizza delivery boy or something where you wear all black and a cap, tried to make a U-turn before those of us with a green light

well he didnt and the person who hit him did try and brake to stop but the rain kept him going

so if you are that person not at fault, im sorry i kept driving but I really had to poop!

the idiot was driving a white honda civic with no front bumper (already missing) in case anyone knows him
