they're not really still sizzling hot from the grill - the server just splashes some water or say sauce on there before carrying them out

Well I wish they would stop doing it.


How am I supposed to enjoy my delicious fajitas if I get second degree steam burns every time I lean over the plate.

At Sedona they used extra oil. Those damn things and the metal pans we carried them on were hot enough to be a pretty effective melee weapon.
