I've known a few 18-19 yr olds wise beyond their years, and plenty of 21+ folks that were about as mature as saturday morning cartoons. If you get along well and connect, go for it.

Also, I don't think there are many folks who think 23 and 19 is a vast age difference. If they do--oh well, they can deal with it.
