The secret to reheating anything fried is avoiding the microwave and going for the oven. Broiling fried foods for just a few minutes is usually better than baking, but you have to keep a close eye on it or it'll burn.Left over soup, chili, spaghetti sauce, and other food you simmer usually turns out phenomenal because it's had longer to 'do it's thing.'
