I remember trying to order a pizza from the site, the site was being a piece of shit and timing out, and when I called the store to place the order they initially told me they wouldn't give me the special because it was online only. I wonder if they ever fixed that problem.

I ordered a pizza one time at 12:55 AM and the website said they closed at 2. when the order went through the closing time on the website changed to 1 AM and I received a pizza at 11AM the next morning.

I was not very happy on either end of that deal

i've been working there for a couple years and the online ordering fucks things up all the time. At the store we have no control of online, if theres a problem we have to call some damn office to get it fixed. And the reason we can't give the coupons from online is that we do not have them in our computer system. Shits gay and causes a lot of problems but it seems to generate a lot of business.

I always get my pizza so much faster when I order it online. 30 min max. Seems like everytime I order by phone its at least 40-45 min.

I hate when I call pizza hut when it's too late and they answer the phone and go, "we are closed!" and then hang up on me.

I HATE the online coupons. Honest-to-god, they are NOT in our computer, as in we CAN'T apply them to orders over the phone. We have to get the manger to jury-rig up something that's close. It's retarded. I know they are pushing the online ordering stuff, as it let us do a lot more volume, and put more in-store people on making the pizzas instead of answering phones, but it's still a pain in the ass when it fucks up.
