I am admittedly terrible at reading body language and facial expressions. I once almost got into a fight with this guy and I thought the whole time that he was just joking. My last words before he stormed out the door were "WELL I'VE GOT FISTS OF FURY SO JUST LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU WANT TO DO THIS." I thought we were just playing and I haven't seen him since. lol.[Edited on June 9, 2008 at 3:40 PM. Reason : l]

I think if somebody says they're autistic based on these facts then they're just using an excuse... not implying you ^^ btw. I know I feel like a lot of those sometimes and thats just me being lazy.[Edited on June 9, 2008 at 6:03 PM. Reason : a]

yeah, it doesnt dawn on a lot of people when they meet someone w/ adult autism or Aspergers (what my roommate has) that they may have more going on than just being "annoying" or "stupid" or "sheltered"lots of people dont have the patience either... what really pisses me off is the parents though, they were blessed with other "normal" children so i guess that gives them an excuse to ignore the "other one"
