calcium and vitamin d3 are provided to promote healthy bone development. these guys grow fast, so they definitely need it. same way any lizard requires supplementation.

got him from petsmart. and they weren't taking good care of him, from what i can tell. wrong set-up, no water dish to soak in, and very skinny. now he's a happy fat bastard!

they sell this things included with a kit back home. you get the frog, of course, some batter, a frying pan, and bunsen burner. all you need for some freshly friend frog legs.
