Im trying to fill out my w-4's the smartest way possible to get the minimum tax taken out, i will be working two jobs so i dont know how to fill. Any knowledgeable peeps wanna advice me on how to fill these forms out ( federal and state)

Well, I suppose if you increase the number of exemptions you claim on your W-4 they'll take less income tax out so you don't get as much of a refund, or you end up having to pay extra tax (so you're not giving the govt a loan).
