Looking for a chinese place that delivers and is still open.... I know there is Shanghai Express but I remember them sucking and can't find a menu....

Is Shanghai Express the one that's where Jersey Mike's used to be? I kind of remember their lo mein being good, but I was always drunk when I ate it.

Just orderer Shanghai and as usual it was fucking terrible... Lo Mein is decent, general Tso wsa not spicy, soggy, and flavorless, and fried rice was just white rice with soy sauce-
