Did you clean them or season them with anything???

a. always rinse off chicken... it has a slime that tastes/looks like egg white when cooked.
b. Naked chicken always tastes horrible.
c. boiled chicken always tastes horrible. (i know you didn't boil it but i'm just throwing that out there)

^^ Just salt, pepper and rosemary. Although, I'm known to put a shitload of pepper on my hard boiled eggs so maybe that's why it reminded me of it
