I'm having some surgery on my arm to remove three painful bone spurs to make my nub weight-bearing and some tendon work to fix a contracture that will hopefully allow me to move my elbow again.

surgery went well, got home around 2pm. still pretty numb so not much discomfort. got a big bandage up to my shoulder that is itching like crazy and a drain tube hanging off my elbow

puked a couple of times due to the anesthesia

just chlling in bed watching tv, napping and being spoiled

it did. when they told me to count backwards from 10 as they were knocking me out, i imagined you giving me a backrub while you were doing the counting for me

so they took the draining tube out and removed the bandage. my arm looks like a shriveled up aborted fetus. only 8 staples, and i start physical therapy on monday
