speaking of, it is hard to get a genuinely spicy general tsaos these days...most of the "order off the picture menu" chinese restaurants do not make it spicy at all..it barely tastes different from sesame chicken.i have to go to pei wei or pf changs to get it spicy

Nothing claimed to be spicy in an average Chinese place is really spicy....the only real spicy Chinese I ate was in 35 in Cary.
