Okay, I wasn't going to say anything but baking or otherwise reheating frozen fish from the grocery store does not yield the scrumptuous over-breaded deep fried hardly-any-fish-inside things you get from a place like Long John's or Captain D's.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you there.

1. Go to food lion and get some Gorton's Potato Crunch fish filets (they are on sale now, $4 a box) and a bag of Ore-Ida Crispers.

2. Bake them for slightly longer than the instructions to get them a bit more browned and crispy.

3. drizzle vinegar on top of both fish and fries.
