twc sucks for customer service but i cant bitch about the product.

i was just mad cause i got burned after my first year was up and didnt realize my bill was gonna double hahaha

so now i ditched all the hbos and on demand etc stuff, and my digital phone

and i pay like 113 a month instead of 175 or so. but it was like 104 for a year or something
