ok after some research i've determined that ncsugirl83 is indeed on the list. ncsuwolfy is kind of a bitch, at least to me, so that knocks her down... but we're talking about hottest, and not best, so she stays in the upper echelon fo sho. hkcadwal is pretty strong... can't believe she hasn't really been mentioned yet.
