So I've never been homo before. Anyway, last night I made out with this girl. Today she calls and tells me that she thinks she likes vag now and she went to the doctor today and she found out that she is homo.

I consulted webmd, so I know it's fairly likely that I'll get it. I know what symptoms to expect and when they'll manifest themselves and all that.

What I want to know is this:

Are there any ways to prevent the onset of homo (after having already come into contact with the virus) or to lessen the severity of the symptoms by doing or not doing whatever before they manifest themselves?
