I find those snack packs pretty horrible...and extremely unsatisfying in relation to quantity.I've completely given up "snacks" under 100 calories...meaning chocolate/sweets things that are suppose to be high in fat and calories that use artificial sweeteners and other additives to knock these numbers down (and also reducing the quantity/size). It's bullshit...and overall isn't really healthy to begin with.As I've gotten older and my metabolism and incrementally started to slow down...I've learned that you really can't "cheat."
