Seriously guys, how the fuck are you still an operational business when apparently you can't keep records of contracts you signed 2 weeks ago. We moved in today after being told just last week when we called to check and make sure the furniture would be here, and you said we would be fine. Today we move in no furniture and no one at your offices is willing to help at all.

yes we have a copy of the contract, but we still aren't getting our furniture delivered today regardless of if we go down there and do it now or not

my aunt is renting the furniture for the house she is staying in until hers gets rebuilt, she'll be here until around december but the insurance company is taking care of the rental stuff so she is renting furniture and replacing what was lost in the fire come december
