i once did 8 minutes abs for every day for about 4 months straight...stuff definitely works

200 is a lot.try to do 25, but do a slow-count and hold for a second. It essentially gives you the same burn but less stress on your neck and back

in fitness walking for the final test you got to do like 140 in 2 minutes to get a 100...i think i did like 135 or so...the pushup test was way easier(like 25 in no time limit)
