its not as easy as it sounds

i cannot maintain a constant work out schedule like i could for the past 2 years. i spend most of my time driving to and being in louisiana and eat in restaurants approx 3-4 days a week sometimes for all 3 meals. they are almost always business related so i pretty much have to go. i hardly drink just to eliminate extra calories. this week alone i was at the dealership at 6am and home at 9pm having to be back at 6am the next morning--- in my world, sleep wins over working out.

i do my best and havent gained any weight but if i lost 10 it would surely come back during a really busy string of days
