I was going taking a right down the ramp on pullen merging onto Western when i noticed that on the opposite side of the road some driver started driving down the left hand side of Western.

I was fucking in disbelief to see this dude driving w/o any lack of understanding of what was going on. Cars were blowing the horn and swerving to the right lane to avoid the guy. Finally the guy had to stop in the left lane as a car that couldn't move over in time came within 5 ft of head on colliding with the guy.

Either

a.) this guy was drunk
b.) was english and forgot we drive on the right hand side of the road
or c.) Is to fucking stupid or lazy to realize he fucked up by not pulling onto the pullen on ramp to go right onto western so instead of taking a left after the bridge than pulling a U-turn he merely decided to be a road hazard and drive down the left hadn side of the road.

^^^ Yeah, when I first got here like 2 years ago, I don't remember it being this bad at all. Now I see so much shit that makes me want to punch some people in the face it's ridiculous.

^ A large part of it does seem to be people being less than courteous, which would help out a lot.

I was just in disbelief at what was happening. Even if he fucked up i don't understand why he didn't merely pull into the grass and move to the right side of the road. It was not like he was downtown with no where to move in order to avoid traffic

Some dumbass was driving a big Ford truck in the wrong lane down Piney Plains beside of Circuit City a little bit ago. It was a big WTF moment for me and the woman driving the truck... she had no idea until I had to swerve like hell.
