So I'm in Puerto Rico and there are shitloads of stray cats and dogs all over the place. Most run but this one male cat comes over here waiting at the door for milk everyday. The cats cool but seeing its nuts on the backside bothers me. I want to neuter this cat for shits and giggles but don't want to spend any cash......where can I buy some chloroform?
